so I figured I might as well ask: anyone knows a place in europe where I can work? I'll take whatever job. botanist? surething babe. I gotta get me a new world to live in.
If I wasnt such a materialist, I'd be a nomad. I hate staying in one place too long. I also feel the urge to flee this country. Thinking Berlin... what about you sir?
man I lost this batch of drawings I had my soul in some year ago, I still mourn it. ever since I started loosing work I'd made so I wouldn't forget things I've just stopped giving a fuck about materials. I know a place I can lock all my shit up and just go wild, which is what I'm thinking I'll do. I just want to find a nice place, near a mountain, dance and make babies. the last thing I want to see is more buildings where you forget there's a fucking sky haha.
--There is no shortage of opportunities. Families, businesses, non-profits, self-sustaining. . . . A smile and a stable handshake is a wonderful transcript, remarkably civilized. I think you are smart for asking if there is anything out there, here. If you do such, and keep doing such, in your neighborhood or elsewhere, chances have it you will gain insight. ..Try possibly going near the harbor! Many great adventures start there. Many communicative people return there changed and learned, eager to share their knowledge. . . . . A library? National parks could use some hands, I'm sure.
You say you have friends in other places, have you said what you have expressed here into their ears? Also: relatives that live afar; visit your sweet aunt in a small hamlet, regale her with your personality. Then after a starry night in her handmade quilts, rise early & seek to speak with those whom have specific looks-- or anyone.

My marvelous friend, Vidar. My best regards press these keys. My heart wants for the satisfaction of yours. It seems you will soon have no address; it shall be replaced with something more worthy.
ever thought of becoming a monk on an exotic island? or someone who feeds the animals in the zoo? or maybe a deep-sea diver?
of course all of these need a lot of time (maybe the zoo-man doesnt, i dont even know) to learn.
or you can just clean the dishes in a restaurant in a countrey far away. i dunno. these are just some ideas.
but to answer your question: i don't know any place to work, although i am sure there are a lot places you can find. if you attend a university, you can easily visit some foreign countries with any kind of scholarship. and then you can find work.
I read about this man who travelled to china and studied martial arts in a monk tempel for 16 years in a mountain haha. I wouldn't want to do it for 16 years but it sounded good, he then came back and made the movie "six string samurai" (google it, beheh).
everybody needs clean dishes somewhere, maybe I could be a car repair man, but instead just build small fun things beneath the cars that make musical sounds. but there is no job like that!
Aveiro, Portugal. I have some fruit trees, you can pick whatever you want if you do my dishes.
now seriously, it's a nice and calm city. i don't know about jobs, but i would consider picking it up for a new start if I wasn't already studying there.
hey! heeeey hey! tell me more about portugal! if you can help me find a job there please do! I will learn spanish. if there's a cheesy pub looking for a show man tell me! elvis impersonation? yessiree! we do em!
yaay! hum. so. portugal is warmer than most countries in europe (I guess) and it has beaches and mountains, all sorts of places alltogether in a little country. oh, and lots of pinetree forests. the language is portuguese, but we understand spanish, french and english.
we eat lupini beans with our beers, and cakes, lots of wonderfomygod cakes. and we drink proper coffee.
hum. portuguese folk music! we have Fado, portuguese guitars and songs about sailors! I can show you some good stuff if you want.
bout pubs. I know an old house that has everything in it: concerts, exhibitions, film sessions, theatre plays, bookshops, record shops, a bar, and it's all nice and kitchy. I think they're open to anyone who wants to... do stuff. If nothing else, you could replace the Elvis action figure at the Pin-Up shop. tomorrow I'm gonna take a walk and see what else I can find.
oh, and. houses in Aveiro are covered with tiles like these: [link] and these: [link] and it has a river with boats like these: [link]
aaand, hum. put on your rockabilly shoes and come and see for yourself \o/
UUooh! it sounds good! by pinetree do you mean the super tall ones? or the classic "christmas tree" deal? I love pine either way!
lupini beans look good! and the old house with exibitions and shows sounds yumm. no doubtably Portugal will be one of the first places I visit once my income is steady and safe(errrr at least).
thank you for the information deary! I love hearing what people emphazize when I ask them about places haha
sailors songs I've got a few myself, and some eerie contry songs. I gotta work up my skills and start travelling!
tall, but not super tall. I think these are a different species of pinetrees. they grow small edible nuts. :B there are a lot of big eucalyptus, though.
badumbum. I've got to fill my wallet too, I want to go see some place that's not Portugal or Spain. everything that's on the other side of the Pirineos seems to be heavier, darker and bigger! \o/
