I'm super curious about the method alot of experimental photographers use for color treatment!
Images like this for instance: [link]
Any clue? Or a clue about someone who might know?
I'm writing all sorts of folks & I've seen all sorts of photos with sweet colors, everything from pro photographers to hobby ones who take pictures of their "pretty Japanese boy toys" haha. & They both obviously rock at it so what or where is everyone getting clues about this process!?

Thank you!

Colour filter.
You can put a countless amounts of colour filters on top of your camera lens. Some make you get specific colours vivid, some gives sepia colours, some does other things (like making glares have specific shines or colours).
It could also, like the previous poster said, be a sepia overlay done in photoshop. It is fairly common nowadays that people don't know how to work with a camera proper so they do all these things in photoshop...

Just looks like a sepia overlay. Its not half as complicated as we all make it out to be, before we do it ourselves really. I even have all of my sepia treatments saves as actions so I don't even have to "do" the actual "process" anymore apart from small tweaks after the animation is done.

Sepia Overlay? How to?
I've got a few of my own methods, but it's that precise balance between reddish midtones & blue shadows with strong white highlights that sort of intruiges me, my interest in this is very specific haha, color nerd!
I use alot of actions aswell, got any sort of lineup for good control of color to make it blueish-red-white/yellow sepia?
